Your taste buds are missing out, if you haven’t tried whipped cream with olive oil. Olive oil isn’t reserved for cooking or drizzling on salads. Alternatively, you can use it to create delicious restaurant-quality whipped cream!  It only requires a few simple ingredients to make and your taste buds will be buzzing!


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. fruity olive oil, like Ariston Blood Orange Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Make the whipped cream by beating heavy cream and powdered sugar together.
  • Once peaks start to form, turn the mixer on low. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil. The olive oil will start to emulsify with the cream and you will start to get a nice creamy texture.
