So much more than just a salad, our own Caesars is bound to cast a spell upon you, once you taste it. Vivid colours and surprising tastes emerge in every bite only to seduce the most demanding connoisseurs.


  • 2 lettuces romene
  • ¼ parmesan cheese
  • 2 icebergs
  • 6 anchovies
  • 6 Breadsticks wholegrain
  • 6 fillets of bacon
  • 7.1 oz mayonnaise
  • Olive oil Ariston garlic


  • Clean the lettuces and the icebergs and cut into medium pieces.
  • Place on a plate.
  • On a pan fry the bacon. Take 3 fillets and cut into small pieces and mix into the salad.
  • Once the sauce is ready, pour to the salad and mix.
  • To finish, spread in the wholegrain bread sticks, 3 fillets of anchovies in the salad and  flakes of parmesan cheese.

For the sauce

  • In a blender add mayonnaise, 3 fillets of bacon, 3 fillet of anchovies, 15 ml Ariston garlic infused olive oil, one tablespoon parmesan cheese and 0,7 οz water.
  • Mix.
